beam_rotation

The beam rotations $\phi\_x$, $\phi\_y$ and $\phi\_z$ are added to the node_dof records.

Please notice that always all three rotations are included. Typically for a 2D calculation you may want to fix the $\phi\_x$ and $\phi\_y$ to 0, by using a bounda_dof record.
