Here some parameters are specified with start_arithmetic ... end_arithmetic. The advantage of such arithmetic definitions for floating point parameters (that is real values), is that these later can be used with build in arithmetic operators in the Tochnog input file reader to calculate new parameters, which in turn can be used in the input file.
